This package encompasses all offerings outlined in the "Monthly Consulting Agreement," along with the following enhancements:

SAM.gov profile maintenance and updates as required

Business management training and advisory support (via phone, email, or in-person meetings)

Representation at pre-proposal procurement conferences, when applicable

All certification processes will be comprehensively managed by the consultant, including the provision of step-by-step guidance for final submission.**

Certification Application Completion - City, State, Local County
Pricing is based on the specific services selected.
A 50% retainer is required prior to initiating any contractual services.
This package includes:

Completion of the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) Certification Application, with ongoing follow-up until certification is achieved

Preparation and submission of reciprocal certification applications for jurisdictions outside Maryland, with continued support through the certification process
